Great success of our Law Office before the Supreme Court. In the judgment of 31.05.2017 in case number act V CSK 507/16 The Supreme Court allowed our cassation complaint and annulled the judgment of the second instance court unfavorable for our client dismissing the claim. After the second trial, the decision of the second instance court was already beneficial for our client. The value of the subject of the dispute is nearly PLN 500,000.
