Win over one million PLN from the defendant

On December 8, 2017, the Court of Appeals in Wrocław in case no. act I ACa 1205/17 issued a verdict that ends the case of our client, a Polish company from the construction industry, for which we managed to win over one million PLN from the defendant main contractor (a large foreign company from the construction industry). After several years, the case ended with a full success.
